Assisted by suggestions from our Residents, our home’s Wellbeing Coordinators organise a varied year round programme of things to do. We give as much independence as possible, letting individuals choose how to run the home and if they prefer dinner in front of the TV, or even dusting their own room, we’ll make it happen. Just as putting their own stamp on their bedroom, we’ll help them to personalise it with the things they love. For others, being asked for their opinions will doubtless count, so changes that might affect them are never introduced until they’ve been discussed and agreed. For just about everybody, it’s the staff who make such a difference, taking the time and trouble to get to know them as an individual and understand what really makes them tick.
